Do you ship or deliver?
At this time, Gigi's Sweet Treats does not ship.
Orders are primarily available for local pickup in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Local delivery may be available for a $25 delivery fee within a 20-mile radius. Delivery availability depends on the order date, location, and schedule.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickups are near Doby's Bridge Elementary School in Fort Mill, SC 29715.
For privacy and security, the exact pickup address is provided in your confirmation email a few days before your scheduled pickup date.
How are the treats packaged?
Most dipped and decorated treats, including cake pops, cakesicles, pretzels, Oreos, and Rice Krispie treats, are individually wrapped and packaged flat in a windowed pastry box by default.
Allergy information and ingredient details are provided either on the individual treat packaging or on the box.
Clear individual boxes may be available as an upgrade for an additional fee.
For cake pops, a windowed cake pop carrier may also be available. This carrier can double as a display stand. When you are ready to serve, simply pop out the side tabs, lift off the top, and insert the tabs back into the stand.
Other dessert items are packaged safely for easy pickup and transport.

Do the treats need to be refrigerated?
Care instructions vary depending on the type of treat.
You will receive care instruction cards with your order so you know exactly how to store and serve your treats.

Do you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?
Unfortunately, Gigi's Sweet Treats is unable to accommodate specific food allergies or intolerance requests at this time.
Items are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, and eggs, so treats may contain traces of these allergens.
The kitchen is nut-free; however, ingredients may come from manufacturers that also process nuts. Because of this, Gigi's Sweet Treats cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
How does payment work?
Payment is required to secure your order date.
Orders of $50 or less require full payment upfront.
Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due according to the final invoice terms.
Once your order details are finalized, you will receive an invoice by email with available payment options.
